Dimitry Chumak is a professional choreographer and instructor with 17 years experience in performing and teaching latin dance. He is joined by his lovely wife Oksana and together they provide lively and energetic classes in various locations in Toronto.
Dimitry and Oskana were the featured instructors at the CourtHouse Nightclub during the month of July, 2002, and were the coaches for top-placing competitors from the University of Toronto in 2001-2002.
Their studio Dance Non Stop provides classes and activities both for beginners and for those serious in competing or performing. You can join without a partner as they rotate partners during classes, and often bring skilled dancers to volunteer to partner with you. Their philosophy in teaching is to keep you moving Non-Stop so that you directly train your muscle memory. The results are fast learning and lots of fun!
